Do you know your hematocrit level?
I get a physical at work every year and just got my results back for 2008. 2007 47.7% 2008 50.0% I may have been a little dehydrated for the 2008 test as I rode 25kms to the check -up and we weren't allowed to eat or drink before the barium stomach X-rays... Wonder if I'll go over 50% next year and be accused of using EPO or something... Would love to get my VO2 Max test done properly....the exercise bike at the gym doesn't give me a very flattering score on the test it does...
