I suspect McQuaid might be on his last legs

So who's lying about the 700,000 that were offered by France and ASO
for the passport ?

He has pretty long legs though.

At this point I just go with everything ASO says. Trying to figure out
the liar is pointless IMO - the lies come so fast and frequent that
it's painful to figure out.

Clearly the UCI is done. Bring on a real league and a real players
union.
