Angry tire puncture

hi
wth
every time i go cycling i get a puncture; it never happened before but its true that i didnt bike on such terrain; on the older bike punctures were very rare; the terrain is very rough mostly rock so i blow the tire around 3.8 bar/ 55psi; the punctures are on outside and inside of the rim; is it possible couse low quality of the rim? can it puncture even if theres no nail? mayday
