Today Renegade Juggling called me just to make sure I knew the purple
seat clamp was a single bolt and not double.

That's what I call good customer service.

I agree, nice job on their part. Much better than some company which
might come on here and ridicule you for the order. I doubt there would
be such a *division* in this sport for that to happen anyhow, it being
200*8* and all.

That is great service, you are right. This way there couldn't possibly
be an confusion when you recieve the item.

If it were -any other certain company- they might have just came on
here and ridiculed you for not knowing.

Good to still see such a small *division* of communication in our sport
during 200*8*.

Hahah.

It seems that a lot of people don't know that floro clamps are one bolt
only. I guess renegade is just doing their job really well.

It surprised me that they called, I thought they would just e-mail, I
guess it's faster, but not really cheaper :P (I live in Québec).
