HAhaha! Umm.. Oh! Lately ive been doing a pretty intense 3min ab workout. I thought it would do nothing, but man oh man am I sore and just completely burning. It hurts to sneeze now cause the muscles are so sore. Its putting a dent on my riding now. Not too bad, its just annoying. I need to get more pallets.
