Question Best tyres

I am after your opinions on what are the best gripping xc tyres?

Cheers

Not to seem rude or anything, but it really seems on what type of riding you do and where you do it; the conditions and type of soil, you know (you said XC which helps, but not all of us know what the conditions are like in your part of Australia)? Let us know and we can probably point you in the right direction.

Kick-Ass tires. Those and the Klein Deathgrips were top notch and have gone the way of the dinosaurs. It's a pitty.
A local shop was going out of business like three years ago and they had 5 Deathgrips I bought for $50! They are all gone now, but it was great riding on them while they lasted.
