Default Where is the cheapest place to shop online...

Recently I've been doing lots of research on road bikes. I'm looking for some where around a thousand although a few hundred bucks wouldnt mind.
I was wondering if you guys know any places where I can shop for the cheapest

Parker Mail in Uk (www.parker-international.uk) or something similiar, do a search.

Probikekit another UK company based in Australia as well.

Competitive Cyclist in US

Nemesis Cycles in Australia.

I have used all of the above mail order companies. The UK ones will sent to you tax free, but you have to pay postage and maybe GST. Plus exchange rate can be a problem.
