Hi,
My cycling freinds tell me i have great power and endurance but they tell me i have bad management. In fact on those "first to the top of the hill" sprints i burnout - litturally to stand still - well before the other guys.... The question is, how do i manage my effort to be both first and at the top? Thanks for your thoughts. Gio |
