so essentially syrium it had me buggered for a while too but thats the way everyone in sydney pronounces it now how about ciocc? |

Ciöcc is not an Italian word, it's Bergamo so some different pronunciation rules apply. It's CHOACH like CHapter +rOACH. I read that in an article about the original owner of the company - Ciöcc was a nickname for his Dad.
