Default CrossTrak Training Log

Hello All,

Just found this training log called 'CrossTrak', there is a freeware version and a premium version that has to be bought.  Has anyone used this training log?  Is it any good for cycling?

Here is the website http://www.crosstrak.com/

Does anyone have experiance of other training logs?

Here's a link to an earlier discussion regarding the Crosstrak program.

I reckon it's the best freeware training log out there. Still has a few hassles with importing Polar HRM files, but apart from that, it's a neat product with good support on the official website.

About a year ago, I found a training diary / logbook spreadsheet aimed at triathletes.  It's quite useful actually and I used it for quite a while.  (I then got lazy and started using a simpler format.)

If you are a keen triathlete, you may be interested in the Trilog.  (I can't remember where I found it and therefore can't give the creator the credit he so richly deserves.)  I think there is a brief intro on the file.

Let me know if you want a copy.

Here's the link to the TriLog spreadsheet. Downloads are at the bottom of the page.
