Default Cycling Diary Sought

I am interested in recording my cycling training data onto a specifically designed spreadsheet for cyclists. Could anyone provide me with this document.

if you can afford it get a polar HRM ( preferably a 710 or 720) with the coach software and it will do everything for you. Even spits out reports on how much time you spend in different zones and stuff
