Default Velodrome Improvement Possibilities

If a new velodrome were to be built in the Eastern US, what kinds of improvements would you like to see and what features would you like to see added?

Eastern velodromes
Cooper city,Flordia
East Point,Georgia
Queens,NY
Trexlertown,Penn.
Northampton,Mass.
Also in Texas,Louisiana,Illinois,Indiana,Minn,Mich,Wis, and a pretty nice one by me at the Home Depot Center-3000 seats,250 meter track w/ 43 degree max banking.

Theres also a good track in Pembroke Pines Florida. They're hosting the World Cup this weekend.
