Breakaway is what everyone is expecting.
Descent from Palade looks very fast and ascent to Pejo Terme isn't that hard, so someone will try his luck surely.
Maybe even Vinokourov tries something entertaining/stupid. But I don't think it would be smart. Pejo Terme is climb where Liquigas will force furious tempo and catch anyone who could be dangerous in GC.
Nibali could combine his descending and time trialing abilities again, just to put Evans in trouble.

Voeckler, Serpa, Rodriguez, Wiggins, Dupont are possible escapees, I think. But, I'm not sure about the order across the finish line.
