Hi guys,can I know is the breathing by mouth only is better than inhaling by nose and exhale by mouth type?? I seen the pics of pro's doing by clipping up the nose when warming up for rides......but I don't understand is there some benefit by breathing using mouth only?? Thx for any replies!
