Hey everyone, relatively new to the forum but I wanted to ask a question. I feel as though I have lost some of the good shape I was in earlier and for reason this makes me relatively uncomfortable about heading back to the gym. Especially if I think about working out with the same people that I have worked out with before, you really do not want go back there feeling uncomfortable about yourself.
I am considering getting a rower for working out at home. This way I can train most of the important muscles while still managing to get my heart rate up to the point where it is going to be beneficial for losing weight.
I am also considering going low-carb or no-carb for that matter in the next few months. Is there anyone else who has managed to get back in their old shape after letting themselves go a bit? I guess I could just use the motivation and to find out what did the trick for you.
Does anyone have any experience buying from http://www.gymsource.com/rowers ?
