Its the most popular pastime reacreation. Its a great way of sight seeing also really a good exercise.
however before commiting yourself to ride on roads. some important aspects that come into mind.
1. Be smart and Be safe:- Make sure you are ready to ride to got your bike out. its a very good idea to take into a bike shop for tune
up your bike it may need to the safer for your ride. This also include new handlebar to allow you a sit more upright.

2. Wear Right Clothes:- In addition you need to wear helmet and wear bright clothes so you can easy visible. One another thing that
make sure wear bike wear, its usually tight fitting clothes. No shoes with laces.

3.you Should know the rules of the road and obey the signals. Stay away from heavy vehicles or traffic.

4. If You Never ride a bike consistently then cling class is the periority to practice first.

Another advice that I would give is to avoid having a ride in isolated places where your safety might be put in danger. Women are most vulnerable to attacks by abusive individuals also keep yourself hydrated and stay focus and smart when you out for a ride.

That is a very good advice here because of the prevalence of crimes. Aside from the danger of criminals getting your cellphone and even your bike, you can get sexually molested or even raped especially when you bike in deserted areas. And biking at night by yourself is not a good idea for you are exposing yourself to risks.
 
Also if you really want to be safe, it's best to have a riding partner, be it your special someone or just with friends or a local biking group. It adds to the fun of the regular experience and would motivate you to improve your exercise routine and push yourself even further to achieve your personal goals.
