I tired a new Electrolyte product called "Sqwincher" yesterday.
Has anyone heard of it?
I got the product at a touch tournament and the rep told me it would be ideal for cycling.
It was a small sachet perfect form my back sack which i just added to my water bottle (a powder).
The surprising thing was it had 0sugar 0 cabs and 0calories in it, but it stopped my hip and calf cramps ive been getting.
