Smoking is another way some people get to kill their body system without knowing and that is sad that even when they are told that what they are doing is wrong, they tend to continue. Also, getting to know the essence of taking lots of fruits is great for they contribute in a great way to ensuring the immune system is in good condition as well.

I believe in that too...it's all about genes and family history. We all know George Burns smoke cigars but he lived til he's almost 100 you can't say that if he's a non smoker he would live u til he's 130 years old, because that's possible. What I'm trying to say is the our genes play an important role on our physiology, some do everything to keep healthy then without warning dies suddenly because of sickness, while some live carelessly with all the vices and lives up until he's 90's. I have a grandfather who just died this year at the age of 93, a day before he died he was still drinking his 2 beers which he drinks nightly while smoking a half pack of cigars. Although exercise is always a good thing as well as eating a healthy diet.
 
In my opinion sleeping 8 hours a day promotes good health and wellness. Sleeping gives our body and mind some rest because whenever we sleep our body and internal organs heals itself.

Everything in moderation! Although once I started really putting in some miles on two wheels (and doing other exercise outside of it) I noticed my alcohol consumption dropped massively. From 2-4 "drinks" a day, down to maybe one a week or fewer.

Alcohol has such a disastrous effect on performance, recovery, mental health, motivation, and everything else that I just can't do it. I'd rather get my endorphins from a 50km ride then a few beers that'll ruin the next day.
