What do you think of Dolan Frames?

I'm interested in getting a Dolan track frame. Terry Dolan supplies the British national team with frames. The two frames I am looking at are here: http://www.terrydolan.co.uk/

I'm interested in the Track Champion and Pursuit Champion. What do you think of them? Are these two top-of-the-line track frames?
