What should I be eating?

Let me start off by saying that I am 20 years old, 5'8" and about 160lbs.

I ride my bike between 10-13 miles per day (commute to school) and randomly throw in 13-20 mile rides. I am also going to add running and weight training into my routine (training for a duathlon). I usually know what kind of foods I shouldn't be eating, but I need help with the foods that I have to eat. I am looking for recommendations on what I should be eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
