I have a really busy schedule through out the day and have no time to workout in the mornings because of work. Do you recommend for me to workout at night before i go to sleep, or should i just wait till the weekend to workout in the mornings.. Thanks
 
Works out in the evening are fine. Just try and have a little down time to allow your HR to drop before you go to bed. It's tough trying to pack a weeks worth of training into two days.
 
Working out in the evening is fine. I take actigin for endurance and beast creature for creatine in the evenings when I work out. I'm not as sore afterwards, either. Hope this post helps!
