I am looking forward to buying a GPS, which is low on my budget, and helps me with the

distance covered

calorie

timing

speed

elevations

unfortunately I do not want to use my iPhone for this, because I have had bad experience of the battery being drained out, and I was left with two flats :(.

anyways, suggestions are welcome for what can I purchase ?

I wont be changing the device for a long time.

thanks,

turbannedbiker

Yep, the 205 will work. In fact, any Garmin Edge device will work as will Garmin Forerunner devices.

Strava does all these but I am not sure about the calories. The free version that I am using produces an output of Kj if you input some information like bike weight etc.
