Please list all the clothing and gear and stuff you bring when you tour.
Please give details, like brands and models of your equipment, how well your stuff worked for you and the length and weather of your tour. And, of course, your tips, lessons and advice.

My standard list for a typical 4 - 10 day bushtrack tour is something like this:

I know it looks like an awful lot of guff, but it all packs into my 4 Ortlieb panniers, a racktop gear sack and a handlebar bag. I've happily toured the Victorian high plains and the Australian Alps with this gear (including food for 5 days). We looked like this:

Here is a list of our bits and peices.
This is what we took to France last year for 6 weeks for the two of us on the tandem. As a tandem doesn't have any more room than a single bike to carry panniers, we don't have room for any excess.
