Anyone done Bike Florida?

I'm interested in hearing from folks who have done the Bike Florida organized tour. Also, if you've also done the Cycle North Carolina (fall ride) I'd be very interested in a comparison.

I'm trying to choose a spring organized ride, and am looking at a couple 3 day rides: Georgia or North Carolina spring ride, or the 7 day Bike Florida ride.

Mostly I'm interested in how organized it was, the support experience, route clarity and safety, etc.
