Default tubes for skinny 26 inch tire. 650cc?

will 650c tubes work in a 26 by 1.2 tire. would like a thick tube like ones in the bigger tires without it wrinkling inside the tire. Any one have a good experience with a particular tube in a skinny 26? Thanks for any response.

Use Conti Tour 26 for 26x1.25 or 1.3,
Race 650 will be too narrow (19-23mm).
