Wondering what the typical weekly ride volume of training is for a 4000 meter racer?

What about in the off season too?

Thanx

Pretty much the same as a roadie. Most pursuiters cut the endurance from 7-28 days from the goal event and increase the speed work.

In NZ a lot of riders use ergs to do low cadence training pretty much up to 7 days from the goal event so weekly volume can be distorted by the volume of intervals or road races.
