Builder of "PETRUS" track bikes in Melbourne AUS

Can anyone in the track racing scene please give me any information about the builder of "PETRUS" track bikes in Melbourne (Australia) I have recently obtained one of these bikes and would like to know more about the builder etc. The frame is Renolds steel finely lugged and well built, forks are almost straight and are chrome plated with flat shoulders, "group set" is top of the range Suntour.

Hi I have one of these frames [ blue,white upper case font graphics, headbadge, suntour unchromed dropouts, 58cm]. see pic if it loads here.

Does yours have chrome dropouts? Clover leaf patterned holed workings in the lugs?
Have you got your frame number?
