Road Cycling in Portugal?

I'll be on vacation in northern Portugal for a few weeks and wouldn't mind spending a few days riding on some backroads. Does anyone know of places in Oporto, Coimbra, Aveiro, Viseu or the Minho which might rent road bikes? Also, any info on or links to sites about the road cycling scene in that country would be great.
