fsc bike

I recently purchased an fsc cyclon bike frame online. It was so cheap that i figured, why not, even if it is terrible, I havn't lost too much. I am looking for a decent entry level road bike, anyway, and could build this one up with pretty nice componants. The thing is, I haven't heard anything about these bikes. The only infor I can find is in French. The website is FSC and the frame I bought is the cyclon bleu. Is this a terrbile purchase? Is it just a cheap crappy frame? can anyone compare it to a frame that I might know better? Does anyone know if this is a frame from asia or if it is produced in France? I have never seen these bikes before...was just wondering if you see them in Europe. Thanks!!!!
