Marbella/Estepona MTB Help!

I'm off to Estepona/Marbella region soon & have trawled the web for info on local trails/bike parks with very little success. I'm mainly lookin for some decent xc/ singletrack to explore. There are plenty of companies offering guided tours but I'd prefer to be more self-reliant.

Alot of the info I've found is based around trails in the Sierra Nevada nearer to Grenada & Malaga, I've only got a few days, so routes closer to marbella would suit best.

Any pointers in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
