We all know that a Certain Person has decided that the only possible reaosn for the loss of trend in road fatalities, is speed cameras. Even though the loss in trend is visible only among motorcyclists and on those roads with no cameras. But of course that must be just one more of those irrelevant confounding variables, because we all know that only cameras could cause such carnage. -- Guy === May contain traces of irony.
