Default OT: Statistically speaking...

We all know that a Certain Person has decided that the only
possible reaosn for the loss of trend in road fatalities, is
speed cameras. Even though the loss in trend is visible only
among motorcyclists and on those roads with no cameras.

Apparently average traffic speeds have increased since 1998.
But of course that must be just one more of those irrelevant
confounding variables, because we all know that only cameras
could cause such carnage.
