The BHF ride is fully subscribed, but I really want to do this. Is it a good show if I do it anyway and donate some cash to the BHF? I don't want to upset anyone, but then again, it is a public road and all that. Any views/experiences? Ta! |

I'm surprised it is full so quickly, I have usually sent off the form (non-priority)mid-Feb and still got on. Every time I've done it I've got to the start, with number etc, to find that they are taking entries on the day, and there is a tent on Clapham Common specifically for this purpose. They will probably deny it but it happens. Go for it :-) ps if you don't make it print the entry form off the website and send it off as soon as it appers next year. I think they would take a dim view of riding it unregistered but as you say it is a public road. |

Thousands of unregistered riders join in every year. I understand transport back from Brighton will be difficult for unregistered riders this year unless they arrange their own or are capable of cycling back as well as there. -- Dave... Get a bicycle. BHF are providing bike transport back to London because taking bikes back by train is apparently going to be impossible. Would this be a problem for you? |

How do you know if you have "got in" or not?I printed the entry form and sent it off with a cheque on 1.1.04 and have heard nothing. Cheques not cashed yet. Do they write back? Cheques not cashed yet. Do they write back? You should be OK, rider packs go out end Feb/Early March, possibly longer if you have ordered a t-shirt. |
