Question High Carb Diet

Hi all,

I am an Elite cyclist and am looking for a high carb diet.
29 years old, 1.61 tall, 50.3Kg, BMI 19.4
Can anyone help me?

Mmm... no one has responded to your thread.

Isn't your diet set by your team personnel ?

Why specifically carbs? Is your objective to eat a minimum quantities of kilojules per day ?

By carbs, are you referring to sugar carbs or non sugar carbs?
