2012 Summer Olympics in London U.K.

I was glad to hear that after many years of not hosting the Olympics that the 2012 Summer games are to be held in London U.K. I'd be interested to know your comments and reactions.

Sounds great to me! Congrats to London! I am personally relieved to see New York lose the bid, as many New Yorkers all too often feel like they are the center of the universe...

Isn't it more worthwhile to plan ahead for the 2008 olympics? the twelves won't be here for another 7 years...

pssshh...of course a european country was going to win cause all the snooty rich people on the olympics committee (sp) are prolly america-haters too. at least the damn french didnt win it, dont even get me started on them...
