They have more important things to think about. $1 US = zim$1200, (I am not sure if this is AFTER they chopped off three zero's), inflation heading toward 2000%. Money is cheaper than toilet paper. Bikes? Internet? No....FOOD, WATER! Unless you are one of mubage's cronies of course.
