As already mentioned I'm a cardio enthusiast and I love feeling healthy. I used to be a smoker, as well as a heavy drinker during a period of my life where I was unable to do sports.
I luckily broke free from the deadly cycle and now tend to exercise regularly. Not only do I feel a lot better and healthier, I can actually taste more, smell more and last longer than walking up 4 steps.
Because I have very little time due to my job I like to review pieces you can use inside your own 4 walls such as stationary bikes. I have bad knees so it's important to find quality pieces.
Therefore l like to stay informed and join communities like these to stay on top of my game
