    A young 56 year old Englishman who has lived in South Africa since March 2010. I am enjoying a return to cycling after many years doing other sports. A road cyclist and racer and will return to MTB too. Club 100 member

    Most outdoor activities: road cycling and racing, ocean and vlei rowing, walking and hiking, safaris, travel and photography.
    What I do for a living:
    Semi-retired, ex-RAF administrator, trained Nature Guide.
    Favorite Race:
    It can only be the 108km Cape Argus, the biggest timed race in the world with over 35,000 riders.
