    All Armstrong has to do is present his case to a Federal Judge and ask to declare USADA's process unconstitutional. Then USADA and Travis Tygart wont seem so confident if they have to play by rules that they did not write.

    AC could have ridden up to "everyone else"(Menchov&Sanchez) and slow the pace, just as Tyler Hamiliton did on Luz Ardiden in 2003 when LA and Iban Mayo went down.

    He should have waited, and he had plenty of time to wait. There was a long way to go to the finish. AC, Menchov, and Sanchez all 3 should have stopped. One of them, preferably AC since he is a previous TdF winner, should have known to stop.
