Hi, I just went out for a spin on my bike and realised that my Look 396's have a broken tension system. This means im up for some new pedals. Im thinking of moving over to Shimano SPD-R's or SPD-SL's. What are peoples opinions on these pedal systems????Is it worth swapping over to this system...
