    SRAM Red vs Red-Black

Comparing the two 2011 road groups (not the new SRAM ergo stuff), can anybody tell me if the shifters are identical? I had an eBay seller tell me that they were. I was under the impression that the Red-Black shifters were, well, black. Not carbon looking like the regular group. Can anybody...

Roadie has lighting questions, mount to FSA K-wing??

Try searching a cycling forum for "light"... you might as well hit home. I have 2 questions. #1, I am going to start riding earlier (before dawn) since work and family demand all my sunlit hours. My normal route is 2-3 hours consisting of mostly streetlamp-lit surface streets through the...

Need a hill route, Newport Bch, CA

I'll be out in the Newport Beach area for 2 weeks at the beginning of August, looking for a route with hills, relatively safe traffic-wise for early morning rides. Anything 30-70 miles would be great. Just don't know the area at all, looks like some contour lines to the south down the coast??

What stem do you use w/ your K-wing??

    FSA K-wing or Easton Equipe?

This is for a road bike, no tris or racing, but alot of climbing and the occasional century. I'm definitely going with a carbon bar, leaning towards the Equipe but thinking about the K-wing because I might be able to get a deal... I like the traditional shape of the Equipe, just looking for...
