ugh i just got a new CF stem and handle bar and stripped out the hole to one of the stem holes... HELP! what do i do? super glue ?

I am changing my handler bar... and i need some help before i mess things up... how do you take off the levers? and is it easy to attach them and wire them thru the new one again? thanks for u help in advance! -d
