  1. Ok where can I start,,,, you got me I did not run 3 hours I only ran
    14.8 miles in 159 minutes ( 2.5 hours) HR=156
    0-3.7 miles
I started at 800am and the run was great. I had my water bottle with me
and ate 1/4 of a egg mcmuffin and cheese. The hills went by rather fast
I knew I could be going a little quick but I also knew I would be there
a long time. I ran up hills as well as ran down hill I did the first
loop in 40 minutes. My legs and my guts were ok.
    3.7-7.4 miles(2nd time around)
I did the first loop with no problem.I did drink some water but not a
lot. I got back to my car and drank 10 oz of gatorade / grabbed 1/3 of a
power bar / filled my bottle with water / took a succed pill and I was
off. The first hill I walked as I ate my power bar. My mouth was DRY
that was not a good sign. I manadge to gobble it with my water. I ran
down the hill. Then it was walk up and run down untill mile 7.4.
    7.4-14.8( 3rd and 4th)
I was down to a 1/4 of my water when I finished the loop. I did the
same 10 oz of gator ade / 1/3 power bar / got more water / this time I
took a suceed pill cuz I would hit my 2 hour mark in mid loop. The temp
was rizing and my legs were hurty but not bad.The up hills were a little
pushy but the downs hills my hammies were getting toughy. I was drinking
like a fish. I finished my bar / took my pill / and ran out of water at
bryant road. It was getting harder and harder to drag myself up hill as
I was trying to keep a pace on the down side. The last leg of Hooters
hills is flat so I decided this would be my last push. My heart rate
    reach 175 and I hoofed it in. 14.8 miles @ 2.5 hours @ 156HR
    Things I learned
    (1) get GU and power
    (2) get peanut butter and jelly sandwich
(3)suceed pile are the way to go!!!
    (4) test out Clipp2 next time
(5)get into ICE tube next time as my legs are HURTY
    (6)Next train 3 hours!!!

  2. Two and a half hours of prancing, only to end up in the same spot you
started from. And this is somehow considered productive to you?
