Hey all, just wondering if a stationary bike would help with biking?
I am already riding Mondays and Saturdays. Also, my stationary bike is not fancy, it doesn't hill programs, heart rate, etc., all it displays is time, distance, cals., and speed and you can manually turn up the resistance from 0 to 8. 0 being lowest and 8 being highest. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
