Navicular pain

I have something called an accessory navicular inflammation,
caused I think mostly because I have turned my ankles many
times over my life. (I'm 43)

I do not wish to try surgery at this time (something called
the Kidner procedure). I wonder if anyone knows any other
kinds of stretches or exercises that I can do to help
alleviate the pain.
