The Melbourne Times (Local free mag circulated to residents) Jan 17th. Pages 8 & 9 – news feature ‘The path to a better bike trail’ .
Did I just read Bikesoiler’s comments on the Yarra bike trail & the efforts in improving the path?

It’s a ++ cycling piece definitely.

It’s a ++ cycling piece definitely.

Going to scan it + ocr and post to the YarraBUG website soonish. Intrigung article, after be involved in the campaign and talking to Yarra Council over the last few years, BV seem to be hedging their bets. From a pragmatic view getting the Gipps St. steps replaced and improving access for all path users *is* the main goal. The rest, if it comes to pass, is icing on the cake.
