any day's a great day to "start-a-new", however i suppose i can get a little
wrapped up with the symbolic nature of new year's day being the best day to
employ a new regiment.
mine? a runner's log! hoo-ray for me! (now let's see how long it last).
anyone know of some good free runner's logs out the on-line? i don't mind
trading an email address (registering) for a good runner's log that i can
manage on-line. anyone out there using one? which are the better ones? i
would love to start 2005 off right with a log. what better day to start a
log than on saturday?
i'm also considering going out today and buying a HRM....with the intention of
course of employing it in a training regiment. more data for the log too. i
suppose. what are you guys and gals charting w/your log?...distance, temps?
shoes and milage on a specific pair? type of run? (hill training, etc.)?
happy new year to all...be safe and healty for 2005....
