Does anyone know if a Shimano 10 speed rear derailleur will work with an otherwise campy drivetrain? (including campy ergo power shifters)
Thanks!

It don't. There may be a shiftmate device that will make it work. Simply put, campy and shimano RDs have different throw ratios and are generally incompatible with each others shifters. You can screw around with alternate cable mounts and sometimes make it work or go with a proven device like the shiftmate that alters the throw ratio.
