  1. I am unsure if this is the right place for this
question...but if not, I'd appreciate suggestions regarding
info resources. Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question.

I am trying to determine the difference between 100% whey
powders and 100% egg protein powders. I was given a plan
that includes using the 100% whey to make shakes as a way to
lose weight, lower cholesterol, and reduce body fat. I am
not hoping to be Mr. Universe...just improve my health with
    nutrition and exercise.

Today, as I searched for a 100% whey without artificial
sweeteners, the guy in the store said that if lowering
cholesterol was part of my plan, he would recommend egg
protein over 100% whey. I see the egg protein powder has no
    cholesterol, but know little else.

Are these two types of products similar? Can they both be
used to achieve my goals, of is one superior? I am a novice
at this and a bit confused.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Tony
