  1. so I have a 2017 Scott Foil 11spd. I got my hands on some ZIPP firecrest 404 10spd wheels. Is it an easy conversion to do the hub swap or does it need to be done at a bike shop?

  2. It isn't easy. If your Zipp wheels have Black or Falcon Grey hubs you can upgrade, otherwise you may be out of luck. You will need a conversion kit with new axle, cassette body, spacers and re-dish the wheel. There are some 11 speed Shimano Metrea CS500 cassettes that will work on a 10 speed hub. They come in 12/25, 11/28 & 11/32 and would be the easiest solution.
