12 Spd conversion to fixed gear (complete)

Hey there, I am looking to convert my 1980's Cannondale 12spd to a fixed gear, brakeless bike. I've looked at some site yet haven't found any effective material. It be great to hear back on some step by step, costs, other sites and etc.
